In ****, I invested $50,000 with this company. In the beginning, it was paying principal with interest. After a while, it stopped both, with the excuse that the housing market was slow, After many phone calls, they agreed to pay me $500 per month. At the start of Covid-19 in 2020, they stopped the monthly checks. When I called the president of the company, he again cited hard times, I would like to know the status of the investment and if the company is going to continue my monthly checks or return the balance of my money, At the very least, when can I see some results. We sent out liquidations for these old investor accounts last summer, I inquired with our *************** when I received this complaint and they missed this particular account when sending them out at that time. I instructed to send out immediately, this has now been paid, and the account has been liquidated.

In October 2009, I invested $75,000 with this company. At first, it was paying principal with interest. Then it stopped interest and was paying back principal little by little. In March 2020, it stopped paying principal. When I call or email the president of the company, ***********************, I never get a reply. I would like to know the status of the investment and if this company is going to return my money - at least my principal - and when.Business response

We have reached out to **************** and verified her checking account information to resume monthly payments. She responded with confirmation and payments will begin again in a few weeks on 11/15/21.

I invested more than $270,000 with Home Path Financial real estate company in the last ***** years. I enclosed the statement from ***************** which handles my *** account and has Home Path as one of the accounts.I invested directly with *************************** the **** But in the last 4-5 years nobody is responding to my requests or the request by Pacific *********** prior entity PENSCO. **** stopped answering my calls and no response to my emails.I did not go through the legal process yet. Depending on how you could help me that could be the next step. But I really appreciate if you could resolve this issue.Thanking you in advance ***************************Business response

I spoke to ****************** on 10/12/21 and we discovered that his old custodian changed hands, we did not know this. I have since informed the new custodian of the account value.
I also informed ****************** that we are winding down the partnership with the goal of having that completed by or before 12/31/21. This includes closing out his account and sending that current value to his custodian.
