We had our new HVAC system installed yesterday by Jared, James, and Roman who tripple-teamed the job from start to finish. They were all professional and efficient and showed respect to my home as they labored all day without taking a break. All were personable and answered all my questions as they changed out my equipment and fully tested it before leaving. We were very impressed with their on-time arrival and determination to complete the project in one day. We will highly recommend this crew to all!

Cant say enough good about our experience with HJ Faust! We were in need of a new a/c unit in the middle of summer. We were having mixed feelings about the company we were dealing with at the time and decided to call Faust after reading some very good reviews. Right from the start we were treated like we were their best customer! ************ was so responsive and thorough in helping us decide which unit to get AND although units were hard to come by he managed to get us one pretty quick. ************** was our lead technician and was knowledgeable and proficient in removing the old and installing the new. He was respectful of our home and invited any questions or concerns we had. We felt very confident in his work. He was punctual and seemed to take pride in his work! Jared and Colin did an absolutely terrific job installing our new AC unit. They arrived on time, wore masks throughout (much appreciated!) wore shoe coverings inside the house and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. After the job was done, in less time than expected, Jared took me over the system inside and out to make sure I understood what had been done. They filled out the forms for the inspection and indicated the number listed to call. Then they toted away the old unit so we didn’t have to deal with that. I can’t say enough about the H.J. Faust company. We have dealt with them for over ten years and they are absolutely trustworthy. In an emergency situation, which we have had, they work very hard to get us back up and running quickly.H.J. Faust Heating and Cooling Response
