We were totally impressed with clean slate investment from the very beginning to closing. Kris was very professional and courteous. They took care of everything for us so we didn’t have to travel over an hour to the closing. I would highly recommend that if you have a property to sell or refurbish give Kris a call. You won’t be disappointed! They make you feel like family!!

*****************I give my highest recommendation for Clean Slate Investments. We had three other companies look at the property. Clean Slate was the last company that I interviewed. After meeting with Kris I looked no further. Clean Slate checked all of the boxes for me. Well financed, professional, knowledgeable and fair. The trio of Val, Laura, and Kris bring a collection of talent that culminates in a high level of experience and skill. The property clearly needs a lot of updating and physical improvements, but they have the trained eye to look passed the flaws. What they called out are things that are, unique in a 100 year old property. They saw the quality of the stonework outside and the woodwork inside the home. They all have an easy going persona that immediately makes you feel as though you’re doing business with a longtime friend. After the closing Kris reached out and said if you discover that there is something that you forgot or overlooked in the property they would be happy to let us retrieve it. The closing was seamless and took no more than 30 minutes to complete.

Im very pleased with the entire process and transaction with Kris, Val, and Clean Slate. Sincere, Friendly, and Professional with Compassion is how I would describe them. I will definitely recommend them to others I know.

I have the utmost respect for Clean Slate and how Kris treats people - with respect and understanding. This is the second home over the past several years which I have needed to sell due to unfortunate circumstances. Both times, I chose Clean Slate Investments/Kris, who I initially selected after doing some extensive research - to make sure I was going to be dealing with good people. I can tell you that I don't typically write reviews. But because of how well I was treated and how smoothly everything went up to - and including both closings, I wanted to take the time to tell this to others who may be in need of some stress relief when it comes to selling their property, for any reason. Clean Slate makes the process of selling your home fairly pain-free. Kris was flexible when I needed to change the initial planned schedule of things due to unforeseen developments on my end. He even offered to help my situation by shoveling the snow from my driveway - all well before the closing date... and did so more than once! Kris is non-judgmental, easy-going and has been supportive by often offering to help in any way he could and gave good suggestions when asked for advice. He is very responsive and I never had to wait long at all before hearing back from Kris on any questions or concerns I had. Actually - Kris, Laura, and Val are all very easy to deal with and they followed through with their promises and commitments. They have always dealt with me honestly and fairly. And because that is so important... - I won't hesitate to use their services again, should the need arise!

After my mother's passing, I was left with a house that had so many things in it that it was overwhelming. I had met with multiple investors and found that Kris and Val made me feel the most comfortable. They were fair in their price, kind, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about the difficult situation I was in. The Land Title company that they used was also so easy to work with as there were some complications. I felt like a 10,000 pound weight came off of my shoulders when I decided to sign a contract with them. I would highly recommend this company. Kris and Val were great to work with. I liked them right off the bat. I had other offers, but I chose them because they were very nice and trustworthy. They also gave a very fair offer. I also inherited the house and had to sell it. It was GREAT not to have to clean out the house. The closing was 10 minutes. So easy. It was great to see what they did to house after they bought it. They did a great job staging it and p;oshing it up. The house has been in my family for 80 years and I felt like they respected that. They really updated it right.
