      Aaron the manager is extremely rude . He has poor customer service and will tell paying customers " you can take your car somewhere else", if you question him. I am a minority and I question if he treats all minorities like he treated me. He is a liability to this company. His attitude will drive customers away. A manager with a nasty attitude should not work with customers.

      Salesman, David *********, sales manager. Juan ***** ********. And general manager, Brady *****... lied and misled me into a lease on a premium luxury 2024 xt4 that did NOR HAVE ADEQUATE SAFETY FEATURES, that I had on my previous 2021 premium luxury cadillac xt4. I AM DISABLED AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDEDLY. YELLED AT ME AND LIED TO ME, ALONG WITH DISMISSING ME AND DEMANDING I LEAVE. I ONLY HAD MY NEW LEASE FOR 3 DAYS WITH 38 MILES ON IT AND WANTED TO RETURN IT FIR SOMETHING ELSE THAT HAD FULL SAFETY FEATURES... THEY REFUSED TO UNDO THE LEASE. BEWARE OF CREST CADILLAC IN **********, WI!!! THEY ALSO DINT CERTIFY USED VEHICLES!!

      CREST CADILLAC TOLD ME THET DID NOT CERTIFY MY USED 2021 CADILLAC XT4 PREMIUM LUXURY. THAT IS WHY I DIDN'T BUY IT. I CAME IN TO THE DEALERSHIP OM 2/29/24 WITHE A $31,000 CHECK TO PAY IT IN FULL. BUT BECAUSE ************* AND SAID THE VEHICLE WASN'T CERTIFIED, I DIDN'T BUY IT. HE YELLED AT ME "NOBODY HERE WILL DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN, LEAVE" CREST ALSO WOULD NOT HONOR THE WRITTEN "WE OWE" PAPERWORK, THAT WAS SIGNED, SHOWING THEY WOULD GIVE ME FREE OIL CHANGES FOR THE FULL 36 MONTH LEASE. EXTREMELY DISHONEST!!!

      Not even sure what is being addressed here. The vehicle she is stating that is not Certified is but it is her own trade in. May be some confusion.

      I had a terrible experience at crest Cadillac. Ordered a truck which took six months to get in that was fine. I was told that I needed multiple things in order for the finance to go through. Did everything that they say that the finance company wanted, and the application was approved. Did all of that to only find out that they sold the truck that I put money on to hold it. ******* who is one of the finance guys never returns phone calls and when you would show up to speak to him he would ask if you made an appointment. How can you make an appointment with someone who doesnt pick up their phone or doesnt return your phone calls. And all they have to say at the Cadillac dealership is that were sorry. They ask for a higher down payment and I bring in the down down payment and they still ended up selling a truck that I ordered to someone else. Poor customer service no people skills and ******* was very unethical. He sold a truck that I had to put money down on and told him that I will be in with the higher down payment to purchase that truck and he still turned around and sold it even though I said I would call him Back and bring in the money. If youre looking for a Cadillac I would suggest looking elsewhere. They Are very unprofessional and are very inconsiderate. This was and is the worst car buying experience that I have ever experienced in all my life.
