      Did not honor the price, asked multiple times what the price was that I was paying and they lied to me, I asked about the price on the DOT paperwork and they said that they have to submit the highest possible price. However that is what they charged me. So my 25k vehicle was about 40k! Amos and Trevor were not on the same page, and lied straight to my face.

      Took car to dealer because it was running bad. Also asked them to look at passenger window that would not go down when pressing both driver side switch and passenger side switch. Was told that it needed to replace window actuator $500, I declined the service, and was charged, $150 for diagnosis. Some weeks later while searching a switch, found a passenger window lock, for driver to lock passenger window, it was in the lock position. Window now works fine. Went to talk to manager, he was unconcerned that his tech did not notice position of switch, said they did what I asked.. very rude to me, not a hint of concern, So they either were very bad at diagnosing, or they wanted to earn $650. you be the judge.

      Went with my wife to go look at a couple of cars 2 weeks ago and made a deal with Travor, Super nice guys and my wife was talking to Mousa ********* the GM of sales. TOTAL JERK to my wife. Anyways came there Friday, told them we were coming up that night at 7pm to purchase it. Travor came in on his DAY OFF knowing were were coming to get the Jeep. Walked in a 6.59pm and he had a look on his face and told us it was gone a test DRIVE. Anyways was told deal isnt done yet so lets sign paperwork, had 1 small issue of a oil leak then the GM walked up to my wife telling me that the other people are Buying it Reguardless what the problem is. TOLD him this is a joke right? We had a deal to get the car. Guy didnt care 1 bit. Didnt apologize or even offer if theres something else. Then we proceeded to walk out and i said this place is a effin joke. Mousa ********* stops and looks at me and says watch youself. What kinda person says that. KEEP AWAY from this place. LOTS of BAD Reviews on YELP and list goes on, Locals dont even deal with them.

      They did not honor on the agreed price. They overcharged me on the car. The salesman Donald Rees was unprofessional. It's hard to believe Honda Corp allows them to sell their reputable cars. This dealership, it unethical and has no integrity. I traveled 2 hours. They actually charged me more than the price on their website. The cleaning of the vehicle was horrible. They did not send me my documents as promised, I paid 33K and they would not return my emails or phone calls. No t one call not one email. Donald is the king of deceptive behavior and the managers have to back it up. Shame on them.

      So far my experience with this dealership is awful. I came in for a new 2023 CRV after 3 hours of negotiating down their bullshit add ons I put a deposit down a “non-refundable” deposit, signing no paperwork(stating it was non-refundable). I had an unexpected financial hit and I called to see if there was anyway to get some of my deposit back. I kept getting sent to a sales manager who was not only extremely rude but wouldn’t even listen to me or try to help. I got a hold of the finance manager who seemed to care and wrote a note for the general manager. Would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. If the general manager is unhelpful I will be filling a complaint through the BBB and will seek out further legal guidance.

      This was the worse experience I’ve had buying a car. I normally purchase vehicles through Nissan and have had nothing but trust when purchasing through their dealerships. However due to needing to upgrade to a van we went to a Honda dealership. Service was rushed and when we took the car home I noticed it had not been cleaned prior to me taking it off the lot. There was dog hair in the back seat. I called and ended up having to take it back to Kenosha which is 45 minutes from me rather than them figuring a way to get a detailed closer to me. The week I purchase the vehicle I was informed the tires were bald and did not pass safety inspection per another Honda dealership. Per other Honda dealership they “would not have sold the car with tires like this due to the liability and bad business in general” and the car needed a front alignment and new brakes. We called several times to speak to a sales manager and once unable to get a hold of a sales manager and not receiving calls back we tried to speak with a general manager who also did not return our calls after several attempts and voicemails. These are things I never thought I’d have to double check as I’m purchasing a car from what’s suppose to be a reliable dealership. The fact that there was lack of information given to me regarding the vehicle and the lack of trust I have now I will never go back and would not recommend this dealership to any other person.

      Believe the bad reviews, whether you are a car buyer or auto service customer. I would show zero stars if that were possible. It starts with systematic, intentionally deceptive pricing and includes complete disregard for long-term customer relationships. Today's example: Honda of Kenosha is advertising now a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L with 27.5K miles on Autotrader.com for $27,290. I contacted them, confirmed the price and availability, sharing that I would need to drive about 90 to get there. Upon arrival and after a test drive they advised that the actual price was $30,991 rather than the advertised price. The extra $3.7K was for a package of worthless and obligatory "dealer accessories." End of the story, no apology for the deception or the 5 hours of wasted time getting there and back. Shameless. They lie as a matter of standard work. Short term profit is their business model. Read this and wonder why any car buyer or service customer would want to do business with shameless, systematic liar. Buyer beware

      Absolutely would not recommend. First the list price was 24k on their website but they told me that was an error and it should be listed for 26k, the very next day their website listed it at 23k and the next day 22k but when negotiating they countered at 24.9 out the door that I was going to accept but then they took it back and said that was an error that it would be 24.9 not including T,T, L, and the standard accessories that run an extra 2k (I even asked for the accessories not to be included but they told me they couldn’t do that). They came back with their final offer at 27.7? I’ve never had a dealership offer a price out the door and take it back. Now their best and final offer is 5.5k MORE than what their list price is on their own website. Secondly, the car salesman was ridiculous. I found out he’s the owner’s brother which makes complete sense. He can do/say whatever he wants. He tried telling me that the Insight gets 100mpg, and that the one I came to look at just arrived the night before and was already sold even though I called to confirm availability on my way there. Then while asking about the Touring trim level he told me they didn’t have a touring available, which they did. He also told me if I didn't buy so many frappes I could afford a car note. After waiting an hour for them to bring the CORRECT car up we get in the car and not only has it not been cleaned but it had 0 miles left until E, and he asks to BORROW GAS MONEY on a test drive?! I was looking forward to working with this dealership since I knew someone who had worked there for years, but I see why he left. I drive a ton for work, with that being said I go through cars often. I have been to several dealerships, and have bought several cars and never have I ever had such a poor experience.

      I found a 2019 Honda Pilot online so I inquired about 3 days ago. I asked the sales person if someone could pick me up from the airport should I decide to buy it since I was coming from lower MI. I also asked if it was a smoker's car. Both concerns were going to be looked into. As of tonight I finally found out that it is not a smoker's car but the concern about being picked up from the airport was never addressed. I had to ask that the Used Car Manager call me since the sales person could not take a deposit of a credit card over the phone; as I didn't want to arrive there and find out the vehicle had been sold. I then send the General Manager an email to call me to see what we can do to make sure I could buy this vehicle site on seen. That message was then turned over to the used car manager who was supposed to call me originally did call me an hour before they closed. He said he could ask the ** if they could hold the Pilot for me and they agreed they would. They said a new sales person would call me after our call to get my information so we could close this deal, take the care offline, and **** it sold. About 3 minutes later, someone did call me and told me that there was a "walk in" tonight and that someone bought it. I find it interesting that the Used Car Manager didn't know this, especially when I am sure he researched the vehicle I was inquiring about before his phone call to me. I have emailed the ** again to tell him that something stinks here and that I would like the owner call me regarding these issues. Lets see if that happens and what the outcome will be.After reading the reviews on this dealership, this all makes sense.

      I’ve never want to go to this place. We were looking for a Honda dealership to make a new key since we had just bought a used car at a non Honda dealership and they were only provided with one. My husband called around and they were very accommodating on the phone. They told us what we needed. When I got home hubby wanted to go right away. When we got there we where told we needed the title. We just bought the car, we needed to wait 4-6 weeks. We were told we also needed an appt. Non of this was told to us on the phone. We provide the bill of sale, our drivers license pictures, all documents we had on us. They wouldn’t budge until my sweetheart expressed his opinion and they had to get an over-ride from the head guy. Well they finally obliged, but the service guy said loudly. We usually don’t do this. Everyone we dealt with was so rude and made him feel like he was a criminal. We never want to go there again.
