The company was very prompt and professional with the quote and was able to schedule the job quickly. I received a total of 3 estimates in a 2 week period, before the job started; the initial quote, a second quote that jumped the cost by a few thousand because they forgot to quote the cost of decking which was the reason for the roofing need in the first place, and a 3rd seperate quote for removal and rehanging of the existing gutters because the forgot they were strap hung. We did not sign the gutter quote as we were going to rehang them ourselves to save some money. We asked if they would remove them carefully so they could be reused and were told they would do their best.After the job we a variety of damage, including long dead patches of grass in 10 or so inch wide strips from the air compressor on our lawn, and the gutters tossed in a pile in the yard. One gutter was twisted and unusable. When attempting to rehang the gutters we found one with a hole in it from the downspout having ripped off, and another strip of gutter was completely missing. Were were not informed until 2 weeks later that the gutter piece was thrown away because it was not salvageable. When speaking with a rep for the company we were told that they felt they went above and beyond because 80% of the gutters were in good condition still and that we should appreciate the fact that they did not charge us to remove our gutters because normally the gutters are just replaced.They also missed installing half of a 5 or 6ft long piece of facia on the upper roof. The contract called for half payment before the job, but I was never given a way to make a payment till after completion. When trying to pay I needed to split payment between check and credit and had to contact them twice before getting a reply and was assumed because I had not paid the amount immediately, because of waiting on insurance that I wasn't paying at all.I do not recommend this company at all for any exterior work.
