I HAD a great experience; WAS told everything was fine. When the technician left, he had turned off my gas water heater, so that was a fear factor moment to get that relit. It then turned cold, so never did get to try the new AC unit. Now I have learned that the unit itself was faulty, so have had another company out to repair it. On top of this, months later, I received a **** from ******* saying that I owed a lot of money after being told that I was "paid up". Most people cannot pull thousands out of dollars out of the sky. I was told that my two invoices had mysteriously "stuck together". This kind of business practice seems kind of fishy, and being a single parent, with ill parents, I have not had the opportunity to deal with this situation. Now, they are having a ***************** call me. I will NEVER deal with them again.

We installed a new air conditioner for you through your home warranty on July 24th of 2020 which would give you plenty of time to try out your new AC. We were never told about anything being 'faulty' with your new AC and that equipment was provided by your home warranty company not Boldts. At the time you were working with your home warranty, you requested a quote from ******* to replace your furnace. A furnace replacement estimate was provided to you on July 7th, of 2020. You signed that contract on July 9th and provided a downpayment for the furnace replacement. We installed your new furnace on July 23rd and billed you for the remaining balance of the furnace installation. We did not receive any additional payments for the furnace, which you signed a contract for. The work that was "paid up" was the work completed through your home warranty. We have explained this to you numerous times by email and by phone. We have provided you copies of your signed contract and numerous billing attempts for the balance owed on your furnace. I am happy to provide additional copies of your signed documents and various email correspondence sent over the past year.
