Let’s begin at the end, to be positive. The delivery guys were prompt, professional, and friendly. They were great!! Our showroom experience wasn’t nearly as positive. We shopped in person at the ******* ** store, and purchased a bed, a sofa, and a recliner. Tammy, the salesperson, was great. She wasn’t high pressure, showed us multiple options, and was great to work with. I did not, however, appreciate the manager following us around and trying to sell me additional and unneeded items. We’d used Ashley credit two times previously through ********* Credit. I went to the credit kiosk, and was approved with no problem, but with a different company. It felt like a bait-and-switch. This company didn’t give us five years interest free credit, it gave us one year. We filled out the forms, scheduled delivery, and left. Hours later, Tammy called and said that the new credit company required an in-person signature to verify our address. The store is not close to our home. To be fair, Tammy offered to come to us, but by that time, I had soured on the credit company. I felt that the five years, no interest that was so prominently advertised throughout the store wasn’t being honored. I had already paid cash for over half of our purchase, so I told Tammy that I’d just put the balance on my own credit card. What should have been a simple thing turned into a fiasco. Instead I’d sending me a link to pay the balance, they refunded my entire purchase. I had to wait until my account was credited, in order to pay again. After that finally happened, I was supposed to be sent a link to pay. I waited. And waited some more. I had to make several calls to nag them about paying for my purchase. I never authorized the initial cancellation. It turned a simple purchase into something very time consuming and complicated. I work for a living, and this whole mess was very hard to sort out and fit into my schedule and Ashley’s. Most of our negative experience was the result of management.

Furniture is great and delivery was exceptional. Everyone I worked with has been very professional and I highly recommend Ashley Furniture

The delivery team was excellent! They arrived early, were quick and efficient and they cleaned up the packaging beautifully! I'm very happy with my furniture and the delivery service.

On time, accurate, courteous, clean, respectful... And our cream colored reclining leather loveseat is everything we were hoping it would be. Thank you, Ashley. : )

We had a great experience ordering our bedroom set and receiving our furniture delivery with Ashley Furniture. The delivery was on time and the delivery team was extremely thoughtful, kind, and caring with the delivery. The process was very smooth, and I was kept informed with the timing of the delivery. They were prompt and efficient. Would 100% buy from Ashley again.

Great experience. Ordered 2 chairs. Delivered within 5 days. Sales person was efficient and friendly. Chairs came in perfect condition.

Although our delivery was 20 minutes late, that was nothing to worry about. The driver had trouble finding our rural home. The delivery men were respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. We love our new Ashley furniture!

We were very pleased with our purchase from the Ashley showroom in ******, ********** through the delivery process in *****, **********.  The showroom in ****** is exceptionally nice, the staff knowledgeable and professional, and the buying process went very smooth. The delivery process is exceptional, too. We were kept well-informed about the delivery date and time. It was delivered on time by two good delivery men. We will be purchasing from Ashley again because of the quality service. We recommend Ashley.
