My 8 year old son had a horrible experience from this provider. They may work well with adults but not children. My son was nervous for the procedure and was not as still as he should have been but the staff was not patient with him either. He was very upset after his incomplete procedure. I was unable to be in the procedure room with him due to their policies. While in the car he informed me that he was not listened to. He was supposed to have laughing gas for the procedure and was directed to breathe through is nose. He stated he requested a Kleenex to blow his nose but was not being listened to. He also told me that the dentist covered his mouth and told him to shut up. They started the procedure but couldn't finish but still proceeded to cut open his mouth and leaving him with stitches. Not happy with the services provided! As an upset parent I left a Google review about our experience. I was then notified by phone that due to my "bad" review my son can no longer be a patient at their facility. I was also mailed a certified letter stating services will not be provided to my son but never an apology.
