      I had a great experience with Prestige Motors, I bought my first vehicle there in 2016 and it was an east process. My second vehicle I bought just a week ago. I dealt with *****, and he was very accommodating and helpful. He went out of his way to help me and do everything in his power to make me have a great experience. He was not only helpful, but he was also personable and friendly and bent over backwards to get a deal I could live with. It worked because I now have a second vehicle. I have to say that everyone there was helpful, friendly and did everything in their power to make my experience a great one. They succeeded. I would say that anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to check this business out. You won't regret it.*********************

      Well what I think is they are very unprofessional they take your money have you change your auto insurance before paperwork is done then tell you the deal fell through and you have to drive your old car home with no insurance.. Plus you have to wait to get your money back for like upto 3 days so then you are stuck not being able to go anywhere else as your down payment is tied up with them.. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy..

      It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Prestige motors of *****. Junior was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Will definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future.

      Let's start with the 1st issue I took my truck in for service on the ac and because it was throwing a code they told the warranty company they replaced it and told me they sprayed it out and cleaned it and reinstalled in the process they messed up my airbox didn't hook hoses back up to the airbox had to take it back and generally I let this kinda stuff go mistakes happen also what they did didn't fix the code so the diagnosis was wrong as well then it throws the code again I take it in they diagnose the high pressure fuel pump and call to get quotes on parts I heard the conversation and the dealer said 325 they told the warranty company 450 for it so the warranty company said no we will ship you one so I didn't get my truck back for another day while I waited for shipping then I do my own research and find out the fuel pump can leak into the oil so I called the shop and told them specifically if there is fuel in the oil I needed it changed and asked if the warranty covered it he said he didn't know so I told him if there is fuel in the oil it needs changed either way so I find out they never checked for fuel in the oil and just charged me 70 for an oil change my truck didn't need so I call them to talk about it and the manager got upset when I asked him why he told them the fuel pump was so expensive when it wasn't he tried lying to me about prices then told me he didn't need to talk to me anymore handed the phone to the assistant manager who I talked to about the oil and all he wanted to do was argue with me saying I requested an oil change weather there was gas in it or not but I had witnesses when I talked to him about it then I used 1 profound word he said he didn't need to talk to me anymore and hung up so if they don't want to talk anymore and attempt to make this right I don't feel the need to do business with them either I warn anyone doing business with them to be very careful and ask for all invoices from both your service agreement company and them

      Hey ****** Thank you for submitting your review , we spoke on the phone a little got your side of the story and spoke with Prestige Automotive who this review should have been for but you purchased a vehicle from Prestige Motors so we can definitely try to help you out. after speaking with the shop manager here is what i have come up with, we can definitely refund you or give you your next oil change for free, as for everything else any business has to make money in order to stay open, shops make money buy marking parts up and charging for the labor and they are allowed to do that on the extended service contract companies as well so i dont really see any issues their , according to the shop managers after used inappropriate words at them they didn't want to escalate the situation so they felt like it was best to hang up an deescalate the situation, but they also have no issues with you personally and definitely willing to have a civilized chat with you anytime to discuss this further. feel free to give me a call ************ and we can discuss which way you would like to go on getting that oil change.Thank You Mj GM

      The issue was I was lied to about the parts and whatnot and apparently marking up parts $125 wasn't ok because my service contract company told them no then your shop made it look like it was their fault but idk what to say you told me you would call me back and never did
