I stayed there this past weekend. It was charged $150 over. Which was a hold for the stay. My ********** was $100 but I was charged $248. I called multiple times two the hotel to try to speak to a manager he put me on hold I called multiple times and they wont call back I called the one 800 number and theres no answer there. Being charged twice for us stay doesnt seem right to me. Ive called multiple times to try to resolve the issue to be refunded the money that was on hold and I have not received a call back . My issue has not been resolved. And I am not the only guess that has had this issue with being double charged.
