2/19/2021 I entered Sundown M Ranch, Was quoted a fee of *****. out of pocket and my insurance would pay the rest. Note: was impaired when arrived and they were made aware.I was asked to possibly leave 3 days early as they were having issues with my insurance. I asked if my so called out of pocket portion would lower due to an early leave date. I was told yes. I paid 300 upon entering and my copay is ****** which covered my portion plus. I now am getting a **** for ****** which not only is extremely higher than the amount of ****** I was originally told I would pay it does not reflect the early leave date. I feel as tho they are taking advantage of a person when he/she is in an impaired state. I have tried talking to ***** and she is just condescending and acting like I need to read my paperwork and figure it. Im very upset feel taken advantage of and lied to. I don't want my credit effected so I'm forced to pay the *******************. I want something done this is not right.Business response

However, as a healthcare provider Sundown M Ranch assists all ourcostumers to access their healthcare insurance to pay for services.This often includes contacting their insurance carrier to receive a "quoteof benefits". This quote is an estimate and not a guarantee ofpayment by the insurance company.
Once services are rendered, Sundown M Ranch will **** anindividual's insurance company on their behalf and collect, to the maximumextent possible, reimbursement. Then based on the individual's specificplan, including but not limited to deductibles, copays and maximum out ofpocket payments, the individual is responsible for balance.
