My daughter and I stayed at this business. I had rented the room for three nights. When I checked in we had an emotional support animal and I showed the papers for that. The next day the general manager came to the room and I wasn't there but he got in my daughter's face it was a minor. The emotional support animals for her for anxiety and he got in her face he beat on the door he yelled at her that we needed to get our cat out of there or we needed to leave. Thinking it was a misunderstanding I explained that it was emotional support animal. He then called the police because we wouldn't remove the animal I didn't even have time to respond. He told the police that we had three cats in there and we only checked in one. Which is not true. I explained to the place that I'm a single mom and I couldn't afford for him to keep all of my money. He said he would only charge me for that one for the second night first and second night. Which he did. But he also added a $250 for I don't know what to my bill and $27 two separate charges. I can't afford this. I've reached out to him he said I'll never get it back won't even tell me what it's for. I received the receipts in my email from the first night which I used a different card for but not from the second night he charged me for and I didn't get to stay nor the $250 or the $27. I was also supposed to receive a $50 prepaid card if I paid for two nights and haven't gotten any of that from Best Western either. I contacted Best Western upper management in days said that he that the manager at ******** said that I had three cats there which is not true. It's not true at all. Of course they're going to listen to him over me. It seems to me they would have some camera footage or something to prove whether I had three cats or not. My daughter still upset it took her days to calm down. He never said one word to me. I was calling the police got there and I left like they asked me to. I've been trying since then to get a refund .Customer response

I have additional screenshots showing that they allow animals in the first place. This gentlemen is saying they only allow service animals and not emotional support. If that was the case , I should have been told the night before. Instead of us staying a night then as soon as he watched me pay for 2 more nights I got kicked out. I also signed up for rewards, and should have gotten a $50 prepaid debit card. Never got any of it. I am including their pet friendly ad on trip advisor and a ****** review from someone else with a pet so they 9bvioysly accept more than service dogs. This man is a liar and a bully.
