Lodging started at $65 per day on 9/6/2021, agreed if we needed more than a week to let them know. We paid for a week. Then on 9/13/2021 we went to pay for the day and was charged the weekly rate. We check out on 9/14/2021. We requested for a refund of the 6 days and were told that we agreed on paying for the week. There was no agreement made or signed on paying for the week. dear BBB:
Gentle man named ******************* stayed at our motel first week from 9/7/2021 to 09/14/2021.. he agreed to stay with us on weekly discounted price... after one week he came for the extension of another week from 09/14/2021 to 09/21/2021and somehow after staying two days of the next week, he asked "if could check out and he can get the whole amount refund", we barely talked for a while regarding the motel policy of weekly deals. He left the office went back to his room and without telling us for further decision, he left the property without even returning the keys at the office. We didnt even know that he checked out, the room stayed ocupied for two to three days cause we thought that he still was staying at the motel.

I am rejecting this response because:**************** did not make the reservations and couldn't agree to staying another week. The reservation was made by me ************************* and I provided the gentlemen with my credit card number to charge for the week. I also stated to the gentlemen if we needed the room for more than a week, if we could pay per day at the same rate and he stated yes.
When **************** went to pay for the extra days, he didn't realize they charged him for the week until I told him. **************** went to let them know that he was checking out and that he needed to be refunded. At that time the person's name *** at the front desk told there was no refund. **************** put me on speaker and the gentlemen told me the same think that it was paid for the week and couldn't provide a refund.
At that time, I told them that **************** was assigned to another site at another state and needed to check out. **************** and I let them know that he was checking out and he did. They knew the room was empty because I even told them he needed to check out and the gentlemen said he could leave but no refund.

dear madam,
you can check your online reservation, we only charged you for the days that you reserved online and Mr *** came to the office for his extension and signed the payment receipts which implies that he agreed to the term. We can only agree to charge you day by day if and only if you reserve for one day online which you did not. im pretty sure that Mr *** came for the confirmation of his next week's stay after making the second week's payment.
in the nutshell, the whole argument will keep going on, we should rather together come to the solution to this problem instead of keep digging into the past.

I am rejecting this response because: The online reservation was made for one week by me on my credit card. The agreement after when I spoke to you was for a daily rate, knowing that we were only in the project for 10 days or less. You took my online reservation for a week. ************ went in to pay for the day you charged for the week. Then when the next day he went to let you know he needed to check out he requested for the credit since that was not our agreement. Mr. *** signed thinking he was being charged the daily rate.I did not agree to the 2nd week payment. I am requesting for a credit for the 5 days Mr. *** was not there.
