To whom it may concern: Vancouver WA Business name : Orchards Vet Afternoon, first off , I've never had to formally file any kind of complaint or issues towards anyone or a business. However, when it comes to my family, I am their soul protector and they are my everything. Orchards Vet in ************, ************. My family was heavily mistreated, but not only that . My 2 special needs children, who are on the spectrum for autism, do not deserve to be treated the way they were at this place. It is discrimination at its worst possible time for this business to do what they did, and it all happened when my wife and kids went there for our pets appt. As being on the spectrum, our kids are always with great attitude and have such a big heart that on the day they were told they were being very loud, and disruptive by what they call ," yelling" , The mgr at said place , name is **** Approach my wife and stated that they needed to be quiet, because theere were pets there. Okay. Understood, so my wife complied but she told her , " our kids are on the spectrum for autism" , as the mgr kept saying, they have a business to run. So my wife , as defending our children, said , okay I'll be here with them , but what do you want us to do? Leave and wait outside.... The mgr then said , yes that would work. My wife then calmly wait there with our two children for our apt date.My dogs have been going here for over 10 years and now this comes up? Very next day, I went and spoke with **** , the mgr. To hear her side of things, So I did. And I was told they were going to come up with a solution to accommodate our family, and she needed to speak to her corporate company and HR ***** And was going to get back to me. May 6, I get a phone call, from **** that it has been recommended for us now to find a new vet place. And also because my wife was being very defensive and aurgemntaive at the time of the incident??
