In late 2019, I booked multi-city flights with Airtreks for 5 cities beginning and ending in ***********, ** (******, ***********, ******, *****, *********, *******, ******, ****************** ******) in May, 2020 for $3194.00. Due to COVID quarantine and no air travel, this trip had to be cancelled. I requested a refund from Airtreks, and they said the best they could do was offer me a rain check for travel in 2021, but no one knew when the quarantine would end and air travel would resume, so i filed a dispute with the credit card I used to pay Airtreks for the flight itinerary and the dispute was approved. Then Airtreks contacted me by email to inform me that if I cancelled the dispute, they would extend the rain check offer until December 31, 2022. I should not have, but I trusted them and agreed and cancelled the dispute. When i began rebooking in late 2021 for May, 2022, I was told that flight plans had changed and there were no longer 8 or so hour layovers available in ****** nor Montreal, so I had no choice but to decrease my itinerary from 5 cities to 3. I was shocked when Airtreks said that I owed them an additional $2807.08, which made the grand total $6001.08. They explained that flights had increased their prices. So, I checked other travel websites for flights to these cities, and the total airfare totaled far less than $6K. I then requested an invoice from Airtreks via email several times (because they are unreachable any other way) that showed the itemized price of each flight, but they refused to send me anything but an invoice showing the total of the 2020 credit and the total amount owed for 2022. They do not want me to know the itemized price of each flight because they know they overcharged me GREATLY. I want a fair refund for the amount they overcharged me. And since i gave up 2 cities I wanted to visit, I think, I owed them no more than the original price of $3194.00, if that much. Do the right thing, and refund me please.

Bought tickets with them 2 years ago worth $1879, then my flights got cancelled with COVID. I disputed the charges with Amex. Airtreks said they would give me credit for my expenses. I'm now trying to book a flight, they are telling me that once I book my new flight for $450 that my credit will be done. They still owe me another $1,429! They won't answer their phones, They are only doing emails and not in a timely fashion. Please help, I want my money back.

Horrible customers service, impossible to speak with a real person. All communications have to be done via email and they take a long time to answer. at this point, Im not even sure they are still in business.

We used these thieves to book a trip to Africa before the pandemic. The trip was cancelled twice due to covid. This company received a refund of $9,000 by ****** Airlines. They now refused to give us a refund or a credit towards another flight. They refuse to answer emails and of course there is no phone number to talk to anyone. I will add we had no idea who this company was other than our travel agent recommended them to us. If we only would have known what a terrible company they are.
