After estimate our roof and gutters were scheduled within days and the job only took 3 days. Exceptional company with amazing employees! The process was easy and stress free!

Contractors can vary--these guys are among the best I've hired. Very strongly recommended. We have an old house with lots to do so we hired a fancy structural engineer to go through all the issues. One of our first repairs was a roof leak caused by an improperly flashed skylight with incorrectly done roof tiles. We got bids from a ton of places. Ibex was the only one that correctly diagnosed the problem and needed repair. They were the second lowest bid. They were the most responsive.So we hired them, and they were fantastic. Communicative, professional, and frankly just downright pleasant throughout. They set up visits promptly with little waiting. They arrived exactly on time. They called 30 minutes before to let me know when they were coming. They were consistently professional and upbeat. Finished what they started same day. It was such a good experience that I asked how to leave a review, and they told me to wait a few weeks to make sure it held up consistently to rain first. It's been perfect. I actually sent photos of the repair to a friend who runs a roofing company *******, and he was impressed.

Thank goodness we had the opportunity to learn of IBEX Roof after making first contact with a bright, knowledgeable salesperson at the 2021 ******** Home and Remodeling show! We are very pleased with the workmanship of the **** staff and the product installed. **** and **** were attentive to our questions and very respectful of our home, property and our beloved dog. Amazed they tackled the job during the worst high temperatures (and battled yellow jackets too.) Trusting that they are fairly compensated for their work ethic and steadfastness to get the job right. ****** performed the final inspection and was most attentive to our comments. Congrats on a 'job well done!' We absolutely endorse and recommend **** to any homeowner seeking a new roof!

IBEX was professional, knowledgeable and priced fairly. Every step of the process, they were engaged and checking in. Quality workmanship and very courteous cleaning up each day after they finished working.

Ibex was really fast at tear off and installing my roof . I knew I had some problems on my roof my ******* was able to identify and explain exactly were my problems were which was a bonus . I had 3 prior quotes ibex was more$ then the others the only negative was is clean up could of been a little bit better but not a huge deal when you have a crew of 3 working there a** off non stop taking very little breaks I would highly recommend ibex to anyone that is looking to have a roof installed

They were fast at getting out for the job and moderately priced but left the yard a mess, the attic vent cuts are sloppy, there is gapping on the porch that water will be able to get through, and they left some rot that is now covered by a brand new roof and will be very difficult to fix. They tell me their reason for this is because they arent framers and offer me a check in exchange for lying about the job they did. Well you shouldnt sell a job you cant do. Now the front porch is leaking and the gutter that they put on is bowing in the center. They came to fix shingles that were up and they still havent settled. They are scam artists and liars and people should know!
