We had a fantastic experience with ******************************* and *************************** (Shipping Manager). ********* communication, attention to detail, and competitive pricing was wonderful. They supplied excellent directions for flooring preparation and maintenance. Both ******* and ****** were so professional and advocated for us, always ensuring we were pleased with our purchase.I honestly felt like I was the ONLY customer they were working with. I can't say enough good things about ******* and the team at Fantastic Floor. I was trying to match an existing wood and ******* went above and beyond to help me find it. She was so quick to respond and reached out to me several times with questions to be sure we were on the same page. I'm positive that I would not have found the perfect match without her help. The flooring was very reasonably priced in comparison to many other stores and TOP QUALITY! The shipping was also superior as well--fast and continued communication. I received the floors within a week from ****** to *******. I highly recommend The Fantastic Floor and will definitely use for future projects!Review from Heather L

I had a long search for the perfect flooring for our home until I came across Fantastic Floor. ******** was amazing! She answered all my questions, sent me information on my options and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The price was even better and cheaper than anywhere else. Their attention to detail through the process and their personal touch has been over the top. So thankful we purchased our flooring through Fantastic Floor!

I highly recommend Fantastic Floors! Their customer service is second to none. Despite the fact that I special ordered moulding from them about one year ago, and only now getting to the installation, they were quick to respond to my request to remake one piece that did not fit properly. I really appreciated **** and ****** who worked quickly to have the piece remanufactured so it could be shipped out quickly to finish my stairs. The pieces I ordered are beautiful and truly enhanced the stairs! They are first class, caring and responsive. That level of service, quality, and trust is not easy to find! ************, *********
