            On October 29, 2021, Better Business Bureau contacted Adams Chimney Specialist LLC concerning the following advertising claims found on their websitehttps://achimneyspecialist.com/:

             

            -Booking website is still available; the business is believed to be out of business.-Endorsements Angie's List and BBB logos are displayed.-Adams Chimney Specialist uses ChimneySaver Water Repellent which is the #1 water repellent for your chimney & masonry. ChimneySaver Water Repellents come with a 10-year Warranty and will reduce water penetration into the masonry by 99.9% according to ASTM tests conducted at the University of Wyoming.

            -We also offer senior discounts, multi-chimney discounts & multi-property discounts on all work performed. BBB could not locate information on the amount discounted.

            As of February 28, 2021, Adams Chimney Specialist LLC https://achimneyspecialist.com/ was confirmed to be out of business; however, Better Business Bureau has recently received a complaint alerting that the business was operating without a license.  

            On October 27, 2021, BBB reached out to Adams Chimney Specialist LLC requesting information regarding their ownership and location. As of November 23, 2021, Adams Chimney Specialist LLC has been unresponsive.
