  Lando was hired to remodel my bathroom. There have been multiple problems throughout the process including not ordering the correct window and not coming up with an acceptable solution, installing misleading floors which then had to be taken out and put back in and were put in incorrectly, a plumber smoking weed on my property, grout put on incorrectly, scratching my door with no offers made to replace, and the final greatest offense, I discovered that my bed had been urinated on and then the mattress pad put back on to hide it. I can only assume it was because there was frustration with me but that is an assumption on my part. I only know that besides me and my realtor they were the only people with access to my home, and my bed was urinated on. When I brought this to their attention they just said it wasnt them and there was nothing they could do.

  Flooring Problem: We understand there were difficulties with the flooring installation. The flooring material was chosen by you from the options provided. Regrettably, it appears there was a mistake in the sorting and packaging process by the supplier, resulting in incorrect installation. We promptly rectified this issue by liaising with the supplier and reinstalling the flooring to your satisfaction.
  Plumbing Incident: We were surprised to learn about the alleged incident involving a plumber smoking weed on your property. This is the first instance of such a complaint, and we take such allegations seriously. ***********, *****, has assured us that he recently dismissed an apprentice for drug use, although he cannot confirm if the incident occurred during your project.
  Grout Concerns: No concerns regarding the grout were brought to our attention during the project. We encourage clients to communicate any issues promptly so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
  Door Scratches: You mentioned scratches on the door, which we investigated thoroughly. However, we found no evidence to suggest that our team caused the scratches. Nevertheless, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues that *** arise during our projects.
  Regarding the disturbing incident with your bed, we were deeply troubled to hear about your experience. However, we must emphasize that our team vehemently denies any involvement in such an unacceptable act. We understand your frustration, and we sympathize with your feelings of violation.
