On 8-8-2021 I reserved 2 appointments online at this business. For my daughter and myself. Hers at 10:40 am today, mine at 3;30 today. I realized I have a car appoint at 2:30 today, so I called front desk of the orchards location. She informed me that I cant change my time to another time today, even though the gal I wanted still had 3 openings for today. She informed me I will be charged ***** to cancel. I informed her I have the picture its only ***** when I booked my hair appt. she said nope, its *****! I have to pay 50% fee to cancel, when I wanted to just change the time. I sent her a copy of my confirmed appt with the amount of *****. She said to bad. I got upset and she charged me for my daughters as well50% canceled fee! I did not see this on their website at the time for the cancelation fee! But plain as day, ***** for hair cut. She said no its *****, not what online says. So I have my proof of their online hair cut fee and yet my card got charged twice *****!
