I came to this dentest before a major surgery he explained I'd meed to have my teath pulled and sent me to a surgeon. He filled to work with the surgeon about additional surgery I might need to make dentures work. After surgery he did not communicate to the my mouth was not a good match for dentures but continued making dentures that would not work . ****** dollars later I still don't have teath that I can wear .Initial Complaint

This dental office is charging me a late fee with no additional services. I initially recieved a **** for under $1 and called This dental office and spoke to their front desk associate *****. She stated that she would follow up with me. There was no resolution/follow up to confirm this amount was indeed all that was owed. I have dual dental coverage, and was willing to pay out of pocket as needed. ***** stated that the amount seamed "silly" and would follow up to confirm it is owed. Today I recieved a **** with ONLY a $50 balance on it. I say only because it was a 90 day late fee and that was the ONLY charge. My concern is there needed to also be a SERVICE fee that you are charging a late amount on. What SERVICE FEE IS UNPAID? when I called today 03/29/2022 The associate, ***** I believe, stated that, this was the fee for a retainer repair, I asked how much of that did insurance cover? Why is it that, that amount now is the exact amount of the 90 day late fee? Why is the service not listed? I need an itemized breakdown of services. This is concerning and looks to me like insurance/service fraud. If I was indeed 90 days late and the fee for this is $50, I needed this **** to be for $50 PLUS the amount of the service recieved.
