Ok I purchased a vehicle from this place back in Dec of 2022 and have yet to get the plates for it they keep sending me temp plates for it and it's not making any sense. I don't know who to call or what to do about it.Initial Complaint

Transaction was done back in February 2023. I am the co-signer for my daughter as we took out an auto loan through BECU for ******** for a 2017 ***** Civic. No paperwork was turned into the bank or the *** for this vehicle. We have been having to go get temporary plates for this car every month. The *** told us basically there is no information on this vehicle. No one owns this vehicle there is no information on it. The bank has confirmed that they do not have the title either. This has been under investigation for months now. Nothing has been done about this situation as of present. I-5 Motors has not followed through with anything on their end. They closed their doors and made off with the money that was given to them. No one is returning any of our phone calls.Initial Complaint

Bought a vehicle in November 2022 and the dealership sited license plate shortage for the reason we still hadnt received plates. *** says dealership has not transferred title or files any paperwork. Bank confirmed they have not received title and has not been able to contact dealership as of 3/25/23. Dealership took my truck as a trade as well as 15k. Will not return calls, location is closed and cannot get a physical location to speak to anyone.Initial Complaint

On Dec. 6, 2022 I traded my truck and paid $10,000. cash to purchase a used vehicle from i-5 Motors in ****, ** and 65 days later they have not submitted change of ownership / title transfer to DOL, to my name for the purchased vehicle, vin# *****************. That is a violation of the 45 day state law. The manager is telling me that the owner is having a meeting with their financing / flooring group next week. (Really? a meeting to release titles?) That company's financial problems should not effect their consumers until their doors are closed to bussines or bankruptcy papers have been filed, which I suspect are forthcoming. I demand my vehicle title, registration and license plates !Initial Complaint

I bought a 2017 f-350 back on July 20th of 2022. I purchased it from i5 motors in ****** **********. They sold me a warranty for ***** dollars. I chose to cancel the warranty on October 10th. I5 motors told me it would ***********-8 weeks to receive my money. Its now going on 3 months still no money they keep lying saying they sent me the check I still havent got it. I called the warranty company they told me I should have had the check already. The warranty is through revolos.Initial Complaint

I bought the vehicle on 7/19/22 and was told they will take care of repairs. The vehicle has already had 4 issues. they took care of the first two oil fluid and radio broke. I took care of the third issue and bought the parts in **** The forth issue they took the vehicle since 10/26/22. I haven't had since and are now charging **** dollars in repairs. If the company doesn't follow through on their side of the agreement I will be seeking legal action.Initial Complaint
