  If i find give then negative stars I would. The manager, in which I don't even remember his name. But he's the sleezy looking grease ball who can't wear the correct size clothes or brush his teeth or shower even if his life depended on it.Not only did they sell me a truck that had an odometer rolled back without telling me. But they lied to me and showed me a FAKE CarFax stating the truck has never been in an accident. But again, that was a lie. After running the vin myself, you wouldn't believe what came up. 6 ACCIDENTS the truck had been through. Ya know, I'm all about everyone making dollar. But to prey on people who are in a bad spot in life, and needing transportation too and from work, and have to resort to buy here pay here scams, is absolutely foul and a horrible practice to keep alive. I vow to do whatever it takes, no matter how long or what I have to do, to get this place either shut down, in trouble, or something. I don't know. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, THEY ARE LIARS, AND THEY SELL BAD ************ guys should be ashamed as human beings for keeping this outdated practice alive. Pieces of garbage, liars, and crooks.

  They repo my car without any warning. Ive been on my payments for the past 6/7 months and one missed payment they took the car from me while I was at Work source trying to get another employment. I was devastated that someone stole the car the entire time they took it from me. I had to find it from the cops that it was repo. I called them and try to cooperate but the man on the phone claiming hes the boss and I need to pay **** for it to release. I dont deserve this and Im reaching out for any help .

  Our records indicate the repossession that occurred was due to a missed payment arrangement on the past due account. We are always willing to make payment arrangements with our customers, but if those are not followed through on and we are getting no contact from the customer after numerous attempts, a repossession may occur.

  If I could give a zero I would. My son didnt have the car a month before things started going wrong. It started with the heater not working he took back and they said it was but it wasnt. Then the brakes acted like they didnt want to brake but they said they couldnt find the issue and then finally the car just quit. I spoke with *** the manager who is by the way very disrespectful and tries to talk to you like youre dumb. If anyone wants to join me in doing a protest against this car lot please let me know. I came out the pocket too much money to pay on something that we cant even drive. Also *** was talking in circles talking about they drove the car to a certain area and nothing was wrong with the car to they still trying to figure out whats wrong with the car. I spoke with the lady from service and she told me there was some electrical issues so why would you want to put a customer back in a car with electrical issues? I think instead of thinking about the money all the time they should want to try and keep customers. Also I was asked if I wanted to do in house financing or run my credit. I told them in house and the next day I get an alert saying my credit was run after I specifically said not to run my credit. I asked them to call the credit bureau to have it removed and they told me it would come off I told them yea in 2 years. They havent called the credit bureau yet!!!! What goes around comes around and you just cant get over on people and think nothing is going to happen. Do right by your customers and business will be better for you in the long run!!!

  We just purchased a car here with ******* down, test drove and it seemed to run fine, it actually ran good, got on the freeway and it kept ****** tottering to the right, and we got it home and took it to a mechanic to find out it was so rusted under the carriage that it may cost upwards of ******* to get it fixed, and the bolts could fall out at any moment while our 19 year old daughter is driving back and forth to work, I believe this company knew about the rust and under carriage. I am okay with as is, as long as it doesn't put our daughters life in jeopardy? This company should be put out of business!!!
