    I ordered a part that was stated to be in stock on Dec 6, 2024. I have yet to receive the part or any update on my order as of 4/22/25. I have reached out many times in multiple ways with no response. I honestly have no idea if I will ever get my part. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. The slight discount is not worth losing hundreds in undelivered products. This is disappointing.

    Sorry youre probably here because youre another recipient of the worst customer service youll ever experience. But if youre not! Do yourself a favor and spend more and get that part you want from someone else because youll at least receive it in a timely manner. The average person here spends 2-3 hours trying to contact someone in their customer support chat (the only way you can reach them) and thats assuming their chat doesnt kick you out because you have a job and cant stare at a screen for that long. Now imagine you need warranty done on one of their parts which is highly likely (considering the way they cant even handle basic customer service) good luck! They wont give you the time of day especially with thousands of other people trying to get an answer along side you. This company is going to go bankrupt with this business model so even if you get your part you wont have anyone to service/warranty it. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a quality part from someone who actually stands behind their product. With so many options in this market, quality customer service is what keeps you coming back and you will not find that here. Im in no means an entitled person, but the fact that I spent less time writing this, than trying to move up one que in their chat Ill say a THIRD TIME, buy from someone else. Youll thank me later.

    Too many people have the same experience: credit cards charged and no shipment of product for weeks and months, poor customer service and communication. It is so difficult to get in touch with someone. I think I'd have a better chance getting a hold of ****** *****! When I actually got in touch with someone via chat after hours in the queue, I cancelled the order over a month later, the credit still has not shown up on my credit card. I had to initiate a dispute.

    Ordered a lower parts kit January 19th and got charged on the 21st. I havent heard anything in almost two months and I even sent them a Email asking for an update on February ****** still waiting for a reply or my stuff.This company makes a great product but has extremely poor service.Why even have a website?

    Long time customer. Made A purchase on their website. They charged my card. Month later I never received my order. Tried calling. Emailed several times. Their ticket system for service was a joke. I had contact my ********** and dispute the charges. Never even heard back from Aero Precision. Funny the next day I sent *** an email; they called me back the next business day over a simple product question. Ive moved on from ****. Stick with someone reputable like BCM, SOLGW, Geissele, DD, etc.

    Do not place your order. No gaurantee when you get it ( or you ever get it) and no one responds to your emails. This company seems to be a scam. Worst online experience ever.

    "I placed an order on December 21, and there has been no update at all. My account still says 'processing.' **************** is non-existent. The online chat has you waiting hours upon hours, and when you finally get to a representative, you're number 120 in line. By the time you get to number 3, the chat freezes, and you get booted. Then, you receive an email stating that the chat was terminated. This has happened five times now. As of right now, I'm out over $500, but they were able to charge my account when the order was placed, not when the shipping occurred. Additionally, there was nothing indicating that any part of the order was backordered, and my order didn't require an FFL."

    the worst experience EVER with this pathetic excuse for a company. they simply don't have a customer service department, because you can wait on hold for 90 minutes and they'll just hang up on you. you can be in "queue position 1" for chat, the moment they go online and still, they will have never responded after multiple hours of waiting. this is a sham business and possibly even a scam organization.

    Same as all the other reviews. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and no one has responded to my emails. I now send a short email daily asking for an *** on my order. 2 dozen emails in and nothing. I will never purchase from this company again.
