Stay away from this company. They are a total SCAM. They quickly take your $ and then you do not hear from them, and you cannot contact them. Phone number always busy, email does not work,. The link they send you for a test does not work. How can this SCAM company be allowed to stay in business?Review from Brian K

Don't waste your money. You will not get tested they will keep your money!They don't answer emails or the phone calls. If you do get through, they will agree to give you a refund and never do it. It's just a scam to steal money from!Review from Troy S

Scheduled zoom call twice. They failed to pick up the connection. Would not chat. Would not pick up their telephone calls. Had to do something else to catch are cruise. Got email from them three days later. They will not give your money back. Sounds a little crooked. Needs to be investigated by the Attorney General.Review from Nick R

Also fell for this scam. Order 4 test to be done tonight. I did get a zoom link for the telehealth appointment. But when I go to link it says waiting for host to start the meeting. Waited for over an hour with nobody coming on line. I tried calling them and was put on hold by the automated system and eventually after about 45 min it disconnected. The messaged voice on the number sounds shady like someone talking in a large hallway and poor quality. This should have been my first clue of the shady practices this company is employing. I have now disputed this with my credit card company. Absolutely a scam.Review from Kathleen S

We needed a medical provider to monitor us while we took rapid Covid antigen test for cruise. On point sent a zoom link and provided an id that was incorrect so we could not connect with appointment.Impossible to get through on the phone and email contact was delayed. We finally had to look for another provider in an unknown city. PLEASE AVOID ************ and save yourself the angst, aggregation and money!!Review from Angela L

The worst and does not answer phone or chat once you have paid. Provide invalid zoom links when needed urgently for travel. Do NOT Use them.Review from Sandy B

This place is horrible stay away. Once you schedule your test you cannot get a hold of them. There email is a robot, you cannot speak to anyone. I even tried calling customer service. It's a total rip-off company stay away!Review from Laura S

This place is a scam they took our money, did not provide the service and now will not return our money. Stay far away from this place, they have stolen from the eldery and will not cooperate
