We took our truck to mayfields the 1st of june 2023. We had a check engine light for the transmission. They told us 4 days total for a complete rebuild. We got it back the first time and within 2 weeks we had to bring it back because the check engine light came on. They gave it back to us a second time and the check engine light came back on while driving it home from the shop. Its now October. They have had it for 4 months and still dont know when it will be fixed. They have been making excuses like, forgot to order the right parts, people called in sick or they had to get to other vehicles first. We have spent roughly $5000 and still no truck.Business response
