            Paid ******* with tax Order SO67211 Ordered on 2/8/23 Delivered 2/16/23 Item was a burglar safe Item dropped off in street in Manhattan. Was not permitted to inspect item on the street. This was a dangerous situation regardless. Upon opening product severe damage was noted. No padding in box. Company offered to repair, but I seek to rerun the damaged expensive purchase. They require me to pay nearly $600 shipping. I want the company or shipping company to pay the return shipping and refund the purchase.

            I have been looking at safes for a specific location for about 2 months now. Last night I came across the Safe and Vault Store. Today I called and found ************************* on the other end of the line. Immediately I knew where I would be purchasing my safe. ***** promptly answered every question I asked. She was incredibly professional and today that means everything to me. I told her I would get back to her later in the day. I did just that and ***** picked up right where we left off and I made my purchase. I would like to say thank you again ***** for making me feel like you cared about me and what I was looking for. I cant wait for delivery day and get my safe. Very respectfully, ****
