  Although I probably could have gotten my new business registered with NW Registered Agent's online sign-up services by myself, after reviewing their website (which is honest, candid, and indeed a bit sassy), especially the About Us sections, I decided to call them to work by-phone with one of their Corporate Guides (customer ********************** reps).Luckily, I got to work with ****** B, and she was indeed fantastic. She is highly capable, extremely helpful, fully professional, great sense of humor, and spot-on in helping me get my registration services set up just right. Super experience, ****** is a tremendous asset, and I'm lucky to have found this company to help me give birth to a new business entity. Looking forward to working with her as my business grows and expands.BTW, it was *****'s "Grok" AI/chatbot which provided the initial referral and recommendation to this great company to me.Planning to start a new business enterprise, a ****************, ****** or partnership?   I checked with several hosting companies. They all had one thing in common. They advertise low payment. For instance, Plan A $5.25 for the first month, then $17.25 from then on. But even if you didn't purchase any options, at check out the price is $186.00. This company is straight forward. No gimmicks and they do what they say they are going to do. I have talked to a few different people in this company and they are all SUPER friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company. They are first class. Thanks for reading

  For someone who basically didn't know what he was doing in forming an LLC in ******** and was nervous about every step, I was rescued by *********. They made it happen seamlessly. I have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation!!! And they have great rates. What's not to love.

  We DO NOT recommend Northwest Registered Agent; employees have blatantly lied, lost track of documents and more. They have no place in this industry and are scammers. They are an internet based business, which is never, ever good. They choose profit over product and service, at all costs. It's a money grab, by con men and women and grifters who see the internet as a way to exploit and profit. This is based on our over 2 years with the business. We suspected this would be the case and this will be the last internet based service of this type we use. We gave it every chance and the failures continued. They may have to get real jobs, and develop brain cells in the real physical world.

  We take customer satisfaction seriously and always aim to exceed expectations. If a client ever feels they didnt receive the value they expected, we never want money to be a barrierwed rather make it right.
  
  In this case, we followed every request, provided all necessary documentation, and refunded everything we could. We also made multiple attempts to connect, but unfortunately, the contact information we have is no longer working.
  
  Were always happy to help, and if theres still a way to resolve any concerns, wed love the opportunity to do so. Our goal is to provide a service that earns trust, and we stand behind that every step of the way.

  I felt somewhat nervous about beginning my first business. I researched and discovered that Northwest is consistently rated as the best Registered Agent on nearly all review websites. I contacted them to guide me through the process. The Northwest agent who assisted me was ******* *., and the reviews are legitimate. Northwest simplified the process and explained each step along the way. They are indeed the best and have incredibly polite and professional agents to assist you.
