I emailed the company on Saturday, April 29th, after 6 weeks of not getting results from the previous project manager. I then met with the vice ********** ********************** on May 4th. It has now been over 11 weeks since I met with the first project manager, ********, on March 15th, when he said it'd take 2 weeks; they started on the following Monday, March 20th.Last week, May 30th, ***** and others have been sick.When I left on May 17th for three days, I was told it'd take 2 days, maybe 3, to complete.There doesn't seem to be much left at this point. However, as I'm going into week 4 the same as I have the past 3 weeks, I'm concerned. Over and over again I have been promised one thing, and given another.I told ***** of my concerns last Thursday, June 1st, and that I'd contact my lawyer at the end of this current week if still unresolved. With the caviat that if he preferred to talk with my attorney I could do that, as I want no more contact after this coming week. I got his response today, June 5th at 4pm, after work, that he'd prefer talking with my lawyer. Upon reflection, a lawyer would only draw this out longer, and as I'm learning my rights through Better Business Bureau, I believe this the best avenue to address the situation. This has all gone on way too long.Here is a link to pictures of current issues to address:******************************************* I have asked ***** about helping with the damage to my car left by two large slabs of drywall in my driveway, he said he'd see what he could do. I also asked how to fix the issues with my dryer after being replaced by the initial crew taking care of my home. As it appears completely damaged. I can send the emails of that conversation if needed. Though you may find the documentation attached sufficient. I have attached the estimate on damage to my car, receipt from my washer/dryer purchased 5 years ago, my initial issues with the company, and email documentation to the company on April 29th.Business response
