Took a truck to be repaired at Autonation on February 15, 2023. They parked it out in their lot UNLOCKED and on March 7, 2023 they called to tell us that it had been burglarized. We know if was unlocked because the thief did not have to break the windows to get inside. He just opened the door and then closed it when he was finished. They ignored phone and email messages for almost 3 weeks asking for their insurance information to file a claim for repairs. When we finally got a claim open we then got the runaround from their repairs department to even get an estimate. And of course ********* ******* as the claim handler wouldn't do ANYTHING without a dollar amount from a repair estimate. Our Manager visited in person twice and our mechanic visited once to try to get an estimate. We finally got the work done on July 13, 2023. It is very obvious that Autonation, ********* ******* and their insurance carrier collude to give customers the runaround in order to avoid paying for damage that occurs when customer vehicle is in **********************'s care; because once we submitted the invoice the claim was denied as "late reported".

I purchased a 2007 ****** Camry with ******* miles for $11,600 in cash. Inspection report from the dealership states car had no problems. Four months after buying the car the engine failed. The cost to repair is $8-10,000. The mechanic recommended to me BY the dealership said the issue with the engine is NOT anything that could have been caused in the short time we have owned the car and should have been caught on the inspection by the dealer. Dealership has admitted that ******'s do not have engine failure at ******* miles but have refused to work with me to get this repaired. I am a single mom who refinanced my house to buy this car for my daughter. $11,600 for 4 months! I have no more money to pay for repairs and am stuck with a dead car.

First visit was for an alignment. They never ask to rotate my tires and they stated I declined. Now I feel that my tires were not properly adjusted and is causing a problem. Then when I went there for oil change which includes multi-point free check-up. The first thing that the service guy showed me is quote amount for Transmission, I decline it because of the high cost, then he quoted me for the brakes and I decline it because the cost, then he quoted another and I decline it too. Then when the oil change was done, I asked him if they check the brake fluids, the coolant, power steering fluid etc. which is always done with the oil change multi-point checkup and he said no. So I showed him the website ad that shows the oil change and multi-checkup and he said he will have the service check it out. It was not done. As soon as I got home a friend said my coolant was very low, the windshield fluids were low etc. I even Ask him about the thing hanging under my van and he said he will have it check and remove. Still hanging. The ***** ******* was the worst of all. I feel that they do a fast but in a very poor service. I am a Senior and I try to keep my van update and usually have the oil change before the ***** *****

On 03/16 auto nation sold me a 2018 dodge ram **** with ****** miles on it for $50,000 dollars and told me it went through inspection. They told me it comes with a 90 day bummer to bumper warranty and sold me a third party warranty. I was told if anything happened in the first 90 days they would take care of it. And anything after 90 days id go through the purchased warranty. May 5th my truck would not start. I called them to have it serviced and days later they charged us $600 dollars to replace a battery. Which is ridiculous because it was within the 90 days. But we did it. Fast forward to 06/22 when I was pulling my trailer up to camp with my kids and my transmission blew. My trailer is a light weight trailer and is significantly under weight for my truck so we knew it wasnt this. After having them tell me basically to bad and to use my tow coverage on my warranty. Problem is that I was stuck in republic ********** and needed my truck and camper back to Spokane. The tow for just the truck was $1,200. Luckily a family friend pulled my trailer home. I left the truck and found a company to tow it back for $500 dollars. So now Im $1,100 dollars in the hole from my new truck and the lot wont help. I had my truck towed to a shop that accepts the purchased warranty and the cost to fix it is going ti be $2,800. Its been over two weeks and still no idea when my truck will be fixed. This issue may continue to happen for the life of the vehicle which means $2,800 and out a truck constantly. This truck should not have been sold to a customer. Now Im stuck with a $50,000 debt from a dealership that is supposed to be reputable. Not to mention the $3,900 Ive had to put into the truck since buying it in march.

So I went in for a recall on my 2017 ***** bolt. I got it taken care of and the next day the car won't charge fully. I have spent the past week trying to get another service date and and keep getting the run around about how I need to speak to a manager, ********************* is his name, and he was supposed to call me back and never. I kept calling and he was either away or not in the office I finally got a hold of him today and told him basically that I cant use my car and he told me I'm out of luck basically. I asked if there was another recall and turns out there was one the day after I got the service done. I'm scheduled for service 2 weeks out, I'm trying to see if I can get a rental car until then but I'm getting the same run around about how he is never available to talk to. I was able to leave a voice mail however. I will say the customer service i have received so far is a joke.
