We appreciate the good communication between customer, office, technicians, and company owner! Over the past year (as new owners of an older condo) the technician has provided thorough service and paid attention to our concerns about the old heat pump. We decided to replace it with a variable speed, energy efficient model. The new heat pump, installed in June, handled the "heat wave" really well! It runs very, very quietly! From sales to installation, the service was great. There was a minor glitch with the thermostat "communicating" with the heat pump and the owner and the installer fixed that the next day. During installation, the crew even put metal stakes in the ground by the concrete pad for reinforced positioning since the unit is on a hillside. We added a wireless temperature sensor to keep the whole condo equally comfortable. We highly recommend this company.
