    Camper's Choice changed its name from Clear Creek RV, **********, ** when it sold that location to Camper's World and maintained locations in ********, ** and ******, **.In July or August 2022 I referred Clear Creek RV to my son who subsequently purchased a full size 5th wheel. On 9/2/22 I received a confirming text from Salesman ********************* that I was due a referral payment. On 1/27/23 I visited the now ******'s World and spoke to ****************. He referred me to ***************************** at Camper's Choice *************), as the payment was Camper's Choice's responsibility. He reaffirmed that his September 2022 text that the referral and payment due were valid. On 1/27/23 I spoke to *************************, the Finance Manager. He took my information and said he'd forward it to the corporate office. I followed up with ************************* on 2/10/23. He had no status and said he didn't actually speak to anyone, he'd only sent an email, and that he'd follow up.After not being contacted, on 2/24/23 I obtained the name of the corporate Accountant, ***** *************), and was advised to go up the chain to her, as she also communicates regularly with the owner, *******************. On 2/24/23 and again on 3/1/23 I left messages at the number for *****. I've received no reply to either message and no response due to ************************* following up. I believe I'm being ignored and that Camper's Choice, formerly Clear Creek RV, has no intention of honoring its commitment for a referral payment.

    Hello, it was never our intention to ignore the customer, especially over a referral check we owed him for bringing us customers. With all of the changes we've been through over the last 6 months, we unfortunately just dropped the ball and will make it right, ASAP. We have reached out to the customer and are mailing him a check today for the referral he's owed. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will work hard to prevent this from happening again in the furture.

    We bought our *************** from this company on September 10th; 2022. We then did a walk through on the 17th of September. We noticed that a trim piece was missing from the night stand. **** stated that this would be fixed a limb with the motor for the cord winder. We also asked him if the bedroom tv remote was roku like the one Im the living room he should us the remote and said it did not, I put ****************** for travel. All the lights worked and the control panel worked.The next week(September 24:2022) we had a guy move our 5Th wheel to our location. He stated to *******************(second owner of Rv) hysterical the extra key was hanging inside. A couple weeks later we went into the Rv and the better was dead as a door nail. No key was hanging and the remote for the bedroom is missing, the trine was not done. We tried to turn on the lights and they do not work in half the Rv. ***** called campers choice and talked to **** who sold us the Rv and said someone will call us. No call, then he went up there to get some answers and *** from finance produced an email without issues and ccd the sales manager and service team, we still didnt hear a word. Its now 2 months later and still no word from anybody. We paid ******* for this Rv and want it to function like its suppose to and get our second key and the remote that is missing. Thank you

    We learned of the complaint and responded on 11/12/22 by contacting the customer.  After speaking with ***************** we, immediately started looking into the parts and repairs needed, made the orders and currently have all but one product needed to finish this up for her.  The trim piece that we are waiting on should be in our possession by 1/20/22.  ********************** has been staying in close contact with the customer and is providing up to date information on the status of the needed parts and repair timeline, we will continue to do so until the repair is complete as well as the parts needed are in the customer's hands.  We are interested in making this a good experience for our customer upon resolution of the complaint.
