2/25/24 4:31pm Order ******. Replaced with #*** I want free pizzas because upon delivery, the driver refused to give me the pizza. I called the manager and he stated he had both deliveries. I tried to verify with name and number and he refused. The manager replaced the order but not a refund?Initial Complaint

My dominos order number is 453. I ordered on 12/18/2023 at 4:12pm. The store that delivered to me was #**** in ********. My order got to my house at 5:15pm. My order took over 1 hour because the driver got lost, and said the *** pegged me as house number 3, I have no clue what that even means. I had to stand outside in the cold as the driver waited for me to wave them down to show where my house was. When I finally got my pizza, it was cold, slimy, greasy, disgusting, and inedible. The pizza was hardly even cut, and filled with grease and burnt cheese. The grease was so heavy that it went through the pizza box and on to my dining table. I have given Dominos chance after chance, but every single time there is an issue with the way the pizzas are prepared. It is as if this location could careless. For a company that is doing EVERYTHING to gain customers, they do a great job in losing the ones they have. I want a full refund of this pizza. I will also never buy a Dominos pizza again.Initial Complaint

On 02/07/22 at 9:30pm I ordered one pepperoni pizza and 2 drinks for a total of $36 when it was delivered uts was the wrong pizza and the box was smashed in to where when I opened it all the cheese stuck to the top of the box! It was not Edible When I tried calling them back they were already closed. I waited till the next day to call and when I did, I spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude! and I told him we threw the pizza out and he said I would have to go in the garbage and get it to get a replacement order. I told him I was not gonna do that and then he hung up on me. The most unprofessional rude individual I've ever had to deal with at dominos I will never order from there again and I want my money backBusiness response

Regarding Complaint #********. I am unable to locate any orders under the name or phone number provided. The address given ***************************************************************** is not one of this franchises stores. This would be store #**** in ********. If they ordered within our locations please provide the store location they ordered from .
