Starting at the end of June 2021, Trejo Handyman Services worked on our house to install 2 new windows (with interior and exterior trim) and additionally they trimmed out 3 other windows. Over the course of the 3 times that they came to work on our house, I began to suspect the quality of the work despite the owner, ****** Trejo, explanation that he charges higher prices for high quality work. I consulted two other window people to inspect the work and they said the windows were not trimmed out properly including: --the main cedar trim was put on with the wrong side facing outward --they did not caulk properly, used too much and didn't apply correctly --most of the trim was cut too short by at least 1/4 inch leaving a gap at bottom.They said not only was it an eye sore but that it impacts the longevity of the work and would not last nearly as long as work done properly. Our ideal resolution is the cost of materials that need replacing and cost of labor. Photos show 3 trim gaps.Business response

We are sorry to hear we have an unsatisfied customer, our attention to detail and customer relationships are of the utmost importance to us.
***************** hired us to to install 2 new windows with new exterior and interior trim and replace exterior trim on an additional 3 windows. She was given an estimate on 6/1/21 which she agreed to. Upon completion of the install and exterior trim, an invoice was given for the work finished to date. The invoice was paid on 7/2/21. ***************** never expressed any concern with our work. We proceeded and scheduled the interior trim installation.
The remainder of the proposed work was completed, and the final invoice was given for the remainder of $880.00. **************** has refused to pay this balance. Our work has been completed up to code and professionally. Despite not being paid in full are willing to meet with ***************** to address her concerns.
