I am a 67-year-old man who gets around on a mobility scooter due to my disability. I was 10 minutes late getting out of a doctor's *********** and was abandoned by Metro Access at my doctor's ****** with no way to get my mobility scooter home. I called Jim's Northgate Towing as a last resort to get my brand-new mobility scooter home safely. They seemed very concerned with my predicament and immediately sent a tow truck. I knew it would be expensive but I had no choice as it was getting late. The towing professional they sent got my mobility scooter loaded up and brought it to my apartment while I waited for a ride from a relative, as I could not get into the tow truck. To my surprise, when I called to give them my credit card number, they said I wouldn't be charged as they were sympathetic to my situation. I am so thankful that I chose Jim's Northgate Towing to get my mobility scooter home safely. Thanks so much!

We got into the towing industry to HELP people when they were in unfortunate and urgent situations and all to often, tow operators get a bad wrap and labeled for exactly the opposite. On may of 2021 Jim's towing picked my 2005 Toyota Corolla after an accident. The car had a full tank of gasoline that I had just filled up the previous day, when the car was delivered to my home the gasoline tank was empty. this tells me the in between the car getting picked up and delivered to my house the gasoline was stolen during the time the car was in their possession. if I could give them a negative star review I will do definitely do it. As soon as I get my receipts collected I will be filling a formal complain and research the possibility of taking them to small claims court.
