On April 1, I scheduled an appointment for fillers and Botox. I had been to the specific service provider before and asked for the exact same treatment in the same areas. I was instead given full filler in my chin (something I did not ask for and never had in the past). The filler completely ruined the look of my face in pictures for a vacation I had the following week. I chose not to come in to have the filler removed given my poor experience and fear that something else would go wrong and went to another provider to fix. I am not seeking payment for the cost to repair the damage that was done but I am requesting a refund for the filler that was given to me that I did not ask for and that ruined my face for the pictures on vacation. I feel this is unfair for me to pay for after it was not something I requested and that I spend thousands a year here in servicesBusiness response

We have refunded the client for the Botox and Filler service she received on April 1, 2021:
