I am currently under contract with I Will Buy Houses.. I am trying to sell my house in **********, **. We went under contract September 30th.. I was told by ***** that I would receive 10k by the end of the week. Then it was I would receive 10k once the title is verified. Now its Ill receive the first 10k once theres a verified buyer. We went with this company because we were told we would receive money before closing, but that has been a lie. I dont receive updates unless I reach out, and it takes them days to respond. As soon December 31st comes and the contract runs out, I will be using a HONEST company. Thank you *****+team for lying to me and putting more of a financial burden on my family.Review from Emelia P

I don't even own a house and they've called me over and over and over again, asking if I'm *********************, and I am not. I tell them to take me off their call list and they never do. Awful.Review from Caitlin G

I called to ask to be removed from the mailers that we so aggressively receive from this company and was rudely hung up on. I realize that they have a form you can fill out to "opt-out" on their site but it requests personal information that I do not want to share and was hoping to deal with a real person. Obviously we aren't worth their time if we aren't going to sell them our house.

Dear Caitlin,We apologize that you had a poor experience with our team member. We reviewed the phone call and coached our team. What happened was that when you called in and requested to be removed from the list, our team member acknowledged your request and said that they will take care of it, but he hung up not realizing that you were still speaking with him. The team member was short staffed and responding to multiple queries at the same time, but this is no excuse for not making sure that you were fully heard. We again apologize for this experience. We have trained the team on this so that it will not happen again, to ensure that we continue to provide excellent service. Thank you for your feedback.Review from Michelle M

I had a great experience working with ****** at I Will Buy House on a property in ************. Halfway through the transaction my family and I caught Covid- ****** took care of everything and kept the process moving smoothly even while I was out of commission. He and his team are quick to respond, good communicators, and solid teammates to have in your corner. Id work with them again.I Will Buy House Response

We worked with *********************** to sell our home, and he made it such a smooth experience! He was available every step of the way, whether to answer questions or to make us feel more comfortable throughout the process. Selling our home was a difficult decision, but ***** made it clear early on that his approach to business is as much about taking care of everyone in the families he works with as it is to make the sale. He demonstrated this time and again as he went out of his way to listen to our concerns and work HARD to get us the best price possible for our home. In short, he is both professional and personable; developing good relationships underpins his career. He answered nearly every phone call or replied within minutes. I was impressed by the candor and professionalism with which they arranged my sale. I particularly appreciated ******* who kept in constant touch with me and confronted any difficulties which came up. Fast and smooth. They kept their word on everything. No hidden agenda and no surprises. I would sell through them again. Very responsive, high communicators, answered every question and every concern was addressed within 24 hours, usually faster. They were also patient and informative as I'm pretty uneducated in real estate. ********, ***** and ***** were all wonderful to work with.I Will Buy House Response
