    Decided to buy new home with Flyhomes' buy before you sell program. House was estimated at $450K. We purchased the new home and moved in. After the 90 day period in which we could take the option, this was never conveyed or recommended to us. After 6 months and recession, Flyhomes updates us that we no longer qualify for the loan. They tell us that becuase we no longer qualify for the loan (due to the market downturn), we now have to move out of our new home, move back into the home we were going to sell, and now owe Flyhomes ~$45,000 for their "services rendered" and the obscene $133/day interest per diem. So we now:1. Don't have a new home 2. Have to move back into our old home 3. Owe them almost $50,000 Their entire business should have a huge Caveat Emptor disclaimer, as if the market turns on you, you're absolutely hosed with no recourse. I implore any individual to stay away from their buy before your sell program.

    Flyhomes just aquired Loftium. I rented a home through Loftium and my experiace was awful. I had a house fire in September, and I couldnt live in my home. This company constantly directly took rent out of my account, due to errors on there end. Over drafting my account and taking many days to rectify it. My security deposit was supposed to be put into my account on the 15th. Only after the fact do they tell you it takes 2-3 days to processs. Which makes bo sense. They are unorganized, and extremely difficult to get a hold of.
