Horrible customer service and scammy business tactics. This place is utterly fake in their presentation of themselves. After you apply, they immediately tell you to have the other person apply for a separate 50 dollar fee. So after wasting 100 dollars applying to them, they then throw a massive list of requirements at us. As if there werent enough requirements already listed on the Zillow Ad. We were already going to decline to move in, because they seem super cultish and invasive in their demands, but then they denied us based on not making enough money and bad credit(my fiance has great credit and we make 110k together). Be careful applying with them, theyre looking for a ton of people to scam out of app fees before they allow a cult-minded person into their gated community that is apparently rich with crime and death.

I lived at ************** in *********** ********** for 5 months and in the 5 months there was a killing just 2 doors down from me then I told management ***** that we had no hot water and she said that they were working on it never got fixed I had to boil water to was dishes and when we did get hot water it was for less than 29 mins a day I called and complained and again was told that they were working on it didn't have hot water for the 5 months we were there then 2 months into our lease we had US MARSHALS show up and remove 5 inmates from the neighbors up stairs from me I called the office and again said she didn't wanna hear about it then I called her to let her know that I had people climbing up my patio to the neighbors up stairs and again said I don't wanna know then we had people shooting we had to hide in our room and yet again nothing was done the neighbors upstairs from us were stealing copper and were grinding it all night long and again nothing was done the neighbors upstairs shot through my son's roof and yet again nothing was done I am 50 disabled caring for both of my grandkids the windows were screwed with screws down there was no way to escape through the patio or front door if a fire broke out in the apartment the place was infested with roaches and they claimed they went in to spray they never did because they never had a key to my apartment, I woke up to a flooded bathroom from the neighbors upstairs they were washing clothing in the tub they passed out and flooded our apartment we called the office they did nothing we got flooded twice and nothing was done I had the neighbors hanging out in my patio higher than a kite again nothing was done the place is a hazard people don't report anything because they are all on housing they don't care how the place is run they just want the $ but nothing gets done the police don't even like to go to the place they are scared the ***** and the tow truck driver are in on scams to tow people then split the $$

It amazes me how good businesses are closing down every day and bad businesses, such as The Neiders Company, continues to thrive. Their units in ********* are incredibly high and they prey on people who have no/bad credit. Their units have no ventilation, are infested with roaches, and let's not begin to talk about the structural damage, to say the least. They are not selective with the type of people they rent to as long as they can pay the outrageous prices. The catcher, you can only pay cash. That is a bit questionable in itself. They have a number listed only as show because you can call during business hours all day long and get no answer. So forget about leaving a message because there is no return call. You can email them and they do read those. The management team at the *************** site care little to none about their residents or anybody else for that matter. They lack professionalism, customer service skills are zero, and have no concept of the legalities that are involved in running a residential complex. They try to intimidate and borderline harass the residents with evictions. I am truly surprised that they are allowed to continue operating with all of these issues. If these ratings were allowed to deduct the stars as a way of rating, they would be negative stars. I truly hope there is some attention paid to these reviews otherwise what is the point in having these types of outlets.

Every month I pay my rent early, but the office tapes a statement on my door stating my rent is due. I have contacted the office about this repeatedly and they refuse stop taping these statements on my door. They are very rude & disrespectful. Not only is this tacky, it's frustrating to have to deal with this unnecessary harassment, on a monthly basis.

Terrible and unresponsive property management company. Paid for an application online to have my emails and phone calls go unanswered.

I must start with this disclaimer, the managers for our property "Radius Apartments" are wonderful ladies. They are very nice and personable.Having said that I understand they have no control in what the parent company does. But I am completely blown away by the amount that they charge for their units. We have been renting our unit for almost 5 years. We have gone through three different management companies even. But this company has by far been the worst for their treatment of the tenants. They are raising our rent almost $400 per month in one shot. They have only done cosmetic improvements to the grounds since they have taken ownership. I am completely blown away by the greed and disconnection that they have.
