Bait-and-Switch! Purchased a ****** membership on line thru DCG (supposedly a ****** business partner). Fee was regular price of $60 and offered a $20 rebate. You have to visit the store for membership card. It took some time for a service person to reenter my data?!? (Why did it need reentered?) I was told the $20 would be mailed to me and today I received $10 versus the $20 rebate. NOT worth your time to purchase thru DCG.Review from Aj B

SCAM! Charged me $60 and sent me a certificate wit MAC number that doesn't work! I emailed them no reply, the number they give you is no help! Beware please! Why isn't this stupid company shut down yetReview from Sheri S.

This company is fraudulent. There is no return email address to ask for a refund or cancel the sale. This company DG One claims to issue a certificate on behalf of obtaining a ****** Membership. I have reached out to my bank to stop this payment of $60. The transaction is in a pending status but will be reported as fraud. Its really unfortunate the levels thieves will go throw to take something not earned. Disgusting. This company should be shut down. Hopefully I can get my money back.

I would like to have my money refunded. ****** does not have any business relations with this particular vendor. I have contacted my bank to report this incident. I received an email from this company stating that my money will be refunded within 3-7 business days. I do not trust them.Review from Vilma A
