He spends the time needed to respond to anything that needs attention, investigates concerns, and doesn't offer quick-fix solutions. ********** is a supreme human being and doctor. Such a kind, concerned provider. ********** is helping me with a heel issue Ive had for 2 years. After my first appointment, I left the office feeling better than before I arrived. The front office staff were thoughtful and professional. I have a few more times to receive treatment, but already I am feeling better! Professional and friendly. I was experiencing some pain after walking/ playing soccer. I kept ignoring it for a long time until it became more frequent. ********* evaluated and immediately diagnosed the pain. He recommended orthotics that I could buy online and I have had no pain since I started wearing them. Attention to detail is given on the insurance and easy to make and reschedule appointments. Highly recommend.

Im grappling with how to continue to work and live on a foot with a neuroma on top of multiple chronic issues. There is a lot of conflicting opinions and advise even amongst licensed health professionals on how to care for my injured foot. The simple topic of ice and heat application has even been perplexing to figure out. One has to just try things out for oneself. And so, after 3 days of experimenting with soaking my foot for 20 minutes in Hot water with Epsom salts, I noted how it seemed to aggravate my neuroma symptoms. Icing my foot for 15 minutes frequently has never caused a flare up of my neuroma. This is one example of what I have found to be true with this doctor: what he advises really matches my own bodys response of what works and does not work. After my third visit, Im still just as impressed with this office as I was after my first visit. I dont feel any pressure to try things like corticosteroids and surgery which I am not comfortable with at this point. His assessment of my custom shoe orthotics from a different doctor determined that they are still working for me. He is not out to sell me a new pair just because of their age or source. With the attention to the small details extended even into the billing as I was informed of $20 that I had overpaid without knowing it on a previous visit!

********* provides concise information sheets written by ******************** of Foot and Ankle Surgeons on topics of concern in his waiting rooms. I was able to educate myself and formulate my questions before our meeting. He cleared up some confusion that I had from other podiatrists who dont listen as thoroughly and explain things as well as *********. I appreciated being able to see models of the types of orthotics that ********* molds himself and to see the foot anatomy photo on the wall to get more of an idea as to what happens during the hammertoe surgery. The classical music that plays in the background is calming when one is in pain and uncertain as to what step to take next in handling a complex chronic foot challenge that also includes both plantar fasciitis and a neuroma. ********* isnt pushy about any of the services that he provides. *** does a great job with gathering all the paperwork and taking care of the business details in a friendly efficient fashion.
