      I followed instructions to return 3 items, I have been communicating with Soraia in customer. The package arrived in ***** and all communication has suddenly stopped.       This company is a SCAM! I wish I would have looked at the reviews here before my purchase. I ordered a suit for my son's prom with a delivery date of 4/24/24-05/04/24. I contacted them because the tracking status still says processing. They first offered me a 10% discount on future purchases. Next they offered me a 30% refund on an item that I never received. This company is a total scam and should not be in business. Do not order anything because you will not get the item as expected or a refund.

      This company is a scam and a joke!! They take your money for 3-5 day shipping and never tell you that doesn't include two week processing and then once it ship it still have over a week. We have been waiting a week since shipped and still have not gotten it. They are taking people's money and not delivering what you're paying for! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

      I ordered a suit. And it was suppose to be tailored to measurements I sent to them. When I received the suit it was different than the picture, the material was very cheap looking and the size was not correct. It has tails on the jacket and that was not pictured when reviewing on line. I have contacted them 3 times and told them of the problems and have explained the issues, sent them pictures and they will not exchange or return my money. It was not made to the size I indicated, and the material is terrible. I would not recommend the purchase of their products. The quality is non-existent. And they certainly don't stand behind the quality of workmanship. Buyer beware.

      Light in the box sells substandard clothes.actually , junk!! They have a lengthy process to go through to get customer support. And then I realized they have no customer support. Zero response to two requests for help. Trust me, the people who never got their items would be in the same situation of disappointment as if they would have received them. They are a scam operation. I was shocked to learn the company was in ******** and not *****. My husband made the order. Hes not aware of so called return policies of organizations like this. I still would have lost $20 by returning their trash, but it would have been better than losing the $60 on this pure junk. But of course, they never responded.

      Cant contact these people. They want to charge me $47 dollars to provide service for their mistake. Recommend avoiding company irregardless of their comments. It will not be addressed and the complaints by others are still unresolved. They will process you time and time again without resolving the issue. They want $47 to communicate. I wont download their app either

      It is with regret that I purchased from this e-commerce business. As the order arrived later than anticipated, it was no longer needed, thus, I decided to return it--unused, unworn, with the tags still intact. I found the company's return policy to be ambiguous, deceptive, and inflexible. Engaging with their alleged customer support has adversely impacted my trust and confidence in this business. While I was invited to return the unused item for a significant refund deduction, it was paired with the costly and unwarranted burden of shipping the package to an overseas warehouse; notwithstanding, the package was originally sent from ********** in *****************. One suggestion may be to report the company to the ************************* Likewise, contact your banking institution, explain the situation and request they reverse the fraudulent charges.

      This is a total scam. The clothing does NOT look as it is represented on the website at all. On top of that the sizes are NOT consistent with normal sizes nor even with each other. They make you go through multiple intricate confusing steps to initiate a return and then they say that you cannot return something that doesn't fit because that comes under "personal preference" which is not acceptable as a reason for return.. So... they can send you JUNK that doesn't look like what they depict on their site and then say you cannot return it because personal preference is not a valid justification.So if your personal preference is not to receive bait and switch junk DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
