I bought a candle from Pueblo in *******, one of their Vendors. The candle had two wood *****, which would not stay lit. The candle would not burn properly. I tried to exchange it at Pueblo, but they wouldn't allow it, instructed me to trim the *****. I did this, the candle still did not burn properly. I reached out to Good&Well Supply ** via their website and instagram to seek resolution. I have loved this candle company, having purchased 5 previously in ******. The ** rep kept saying for over 3 months that their internal team was working on a resolution and then never responded. I want a replacement candle, I don't think thats too much to ask.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for two candles on June 6 and received a shipment on June 22. None of the items in that shipment were mine. Before opening any of them, I emailed customer service to inform them of the issue and ask for my correct order to be shipped and offered to return these items. They told me to keep these items (none of which I wanted and all of which were given away to other people) and theyd ship my order immediately. I never received a shipping notification, nor have I received my items. I followed up with ************ asking about the status of the order on July 11, July 14, and August 2 and have not received any communication back, every one of those emails has been ignored. All I want is for the products I ordered and paid for to actually be delivered or for a refund to be issued for items I never received.
