I hired a landscaper Steves Landscaping LLC. In July of 2021. They promised to install ***, trees and an irrigation system they charged me $45,500.00. Which I paid.I called them email and texted at least once or twice per month to find out when they would complete my landscaping project. They said they kept telling me wait til spring we will address the irrigation system they didnt install and take a look at the yard. When they came I showed them the patchy/bare area (Average spot 6-8X6-8) every couple of feet in a yard that is .15 acre and the dying trees they planted also reminded them about the irrigation system that was never installed. 2 months after a professional installed the irrigation system and me pay another $5,250. And regarding the grass they said they can fix it but I will have to pay for it. A professional came and installed the irrigation system. they said they would replace a couple of trees. And the grass, they said they can fix but I will have to pay for it. contacted the *** company that Steves Landscaping bought the *** ****** of ****** said the *** is not the problem rather its the soil, the soil under the ***, is **** with rocks and purely **** wont drain properly and thats why there are so many bare spots. He said he couldnt recommend anything the would guarantee that grass to grow I I had addressed this with *****. why are there rocks and lots of them and where is the topsoil. Why it looks like normal **** and why are their so many peaks and valleys in the yard. ***** uneven yard is there for drainage, he said dont worry about topsoil and rocks we will get rid of the rock and have topsoil. after 8 months of waiting I contacted 3 professional landscapers and they said my options are to fertilise arirate and seed and too dress. 3 times per year but that wont fix the problem because of the **** **** under the ***. Best Option is to remove and reinstall.I have spent a lot of money on this project that was done haphazardly..
