      this company is such a POS entity and it's obvious from the BBB page itself, they have an "A-" rating but a few lines down they tell you they're not even BBB accredited, need anymore be said if they are crooked or not, as all insurance is. Then to even try to be anything short of a computer genius forget trying to use their website to locate forms or information with any type of helpfulness, which favors them so they can deny your claims and direct the blame back at you. if you're here reading this, go elsewhere but then again we know they all are thieves in the business

      Every interaction I have with this company makes me question if I am paying for scammers. Their payment system only works sometimes. I am constantly forced to reset my password and auto pay does not work. Wish ******** would outlaw these scammers.

      I equate getting paid by Premera, for services I have provided to their insureds, to an act of God; not gunna happen. Everyone I have talked to refuses to give me any information on what needs to be done/changed on claim submissions so I can be paid for services rendered. Why is it such a mystery? Why are you keeping this secret from me (and I'm SURE there are many other providers)? Are you hoping I get fed up with trying to get paid by you and forget about collecting. Doesn't this seem slightly illegal to anyone else?? I will never recommend Premera to another provider to for contracting services.

      Premera has been absolutely amazing! Ive called them many times and representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful! If they dont know the answer, they work hard to get an answer! I realized some of my claims from 2 years ago were deleted from my account (unfortunately not Premera members now but still access my account). ****************** is working hard to make sure I get access to these claims so I can cross check my bills! For a health insurance company, they are great!

      I want to say thank you to *******, the customer representative in the ****************** website who helped me with my claim appeal. I went back and forth we other representatives for weeks and ******* was the one who was able to resolve my issue. I appreciate the call back and update. I appreciate you taking the extra step.

      Premera is slow to process claims for contacts. Every time I have submitted a claim over the years, they take over a month for reimbursement. If the doctor's ****** submits the claim, the doc is paid quickly. I hesitate purchasing contacts from someone else (i.e. ******* 1-800-contacts, etc) because I know I have to wait over a month for reimbursement. However, I can save money by going to someone other than my doc. Premera's claim reimbursement is awful!

      They are requiring your doctor. Not someone from his office. Your doctor. To call in and authorize more than a weeks supply of medication. When the prescription is for a month. This is a direct action to discourage people from using their own pharmacy and to use theirs. I will be making a formal complaint to the insurance commissioner

      This company falsely claims I can use their affiliayed support groups such as Fitonhealth, rewards program etc. After I became "eligible" at the end of February and multiple calls, as of March 6th, still unable to sign in. I called them, and they told me a story about elevating and working on it, bla bla.Very frustrating, as I wanted to join a Health club and get my health credits as they claim! False advertising alright and I have proof!

      This company denied me outright for ANY coverage for a prosthetic leg because I had lost my leg due to an act of terrorism. If I could give zero stars I would. They try to deny me coverage for treatment at every turn for everything not relating to my amputation. Unreal how evil.

      This company is such a rip off. They charge astronomical rates and then refuse to cover basic preventive services such as routine labs per an annual wellness visit They also raised my premiums over 700% in one year with huge deductibles. Their customer service is a joke. It would be cheaper to pay out of pocket than for this company's premiums. The absolute worst! Expensive and useless. Avoid at all costs!
