I decided to give them another chance this past weekend. They absolutely proved to me once again they can't be trusted nor responsible for their actions. The manager ************************************* swore certain issues were well taken care of during my stay. I still never was taken seriously. One of the gentleman for Six Seven still owesme immediately for stealing money from my purse back in September last year. He this time decides to take it upon himself to try to invite himself back to my room yesterday morning as which I told him no I was told to leave my food tray outside my door only. This made him angry & I had the gut instinct he was going to try to assault me. The other issues pertain to my meal last night that was absolutely horrible. They swore they adjusted the bill to which it never was. They have made up bogus charges for ***************** I absolutely have never used each time. I need my amount immediately changed to ******* this is the proper total in full. I am attaching the receipt I received at 6:30 am upon checking out this morning to head home. I won't ever go back again at this point. I want this fixed absolutely immediately. I refuse to be disrespected as a women who is legally disabled & have been there each time alone. I've been made to feel absolutely uncomfortable & humiliated each time. Please help me. I can't afford to lose anymore money cause they're trying to force me to pay bogus charges. I'm probably going to have to press charges for the sexual ****************** again. Please refer to the attachment. It shows the adjusted amount for my dinner last night & the final total like I said for the final totaled legal full amount as of 6:30am this morning. I will be showing the PD too if needed for all bases covered. I'd kindly appreciate this issues being taken care of immediatelyBusiness response

***********************I refuse to believe they refunded my full bill for this past weekend. I've checked multiple times & charges are still there as two separate pending amounts. Please refer to.attatched information I screenshotted as if this morning earlier. I will wait for proper response & proof of full refunded amount immediately made. No ther response will be sufficient. I am still getting a hold of ************** for charges to be filed.as I have to go to Valley Medical for evaluation & tests for the paralysis they caused by drugging me Thank you. So yeah I don't accept the response right from them. I want charges placed on the two staff from Six Seven immediately & the one creep to pay me money he stole last year on my birthday. It was over $190.09 that much I do indeed remember. This time I'm sure he had the intention of sexually assaulting me.

************** and the hotel have been in frequent communication every since she checked out of the hotel.
All complaints happened 3 hours after ************** checked out of the hotel. Upon receiving her communication, we looked into everything she brought forward and confirmed that these situations did not occur. In addition, out of good faith the hotel did fully refund *************** We are unsure why the complaints were made, why there was confusion about her bill, but the communication became very intense and frequent, which prompted the hotel to fully refund the guest.
************** did call me, the General Manager, and admit there was no wrong doing by the hotel and apologized for her behavior, calling the hotel in the manner that she did, emailing in the manner that she did, etc.

***********************I reject the response as they refuse to acknowledge I was indeed drugged upon my stay there _ I have legal proof from the **************** in **** **. I've tried multiple times to get a hold of ******* ****************** Th y have refused to cooperate _ are absolutely covering things up. I don't lie & this dis indeed happen. I don't do drugs & never have.I can only give you partial of these results as the other parts are private & I'm already giving you too much. These people need held responsible. ************************* paid back all my money to shut me up this isn't the 1dt time they've done this to someone.. T

I booked a room on Expedia with the Edgewater hotel ******* under Noble House for Jan 24th, 2022, and checked out on Jan 25th, 2022, Expedia charged me a one-night fee and the hotel charged me again upon checking in. When I first contacted the hotel, the agent at the hotel refused to issue it and spoke rudely to me. Then, Expedia contacted the hotel for a refund but the hotel only issued partially. I called the hotel again for a full refund and the agent yelled at me over the phone:" We are not issuing you any more money"! I would like to get back the rest of my refund and here is the proof of double charge, partial refund, and the two receipts the hotel sent to me(one sent to me right after checking out and another one sent to me one month later).Business response
