a minute ago NEW I hired Plum to finish and waterproof my basement a few years ago. As they completed the waterproofing and construction, my partner noticed that they hadnt wrapped the waterproofing in one spot, and had left a seam in that spot. **** assured us that they knew what they were doing and that the waterproofing would work as they had installed it. The first couple of years were dry, but now every time theres a lot of rain my basement floods; the water always comes in at the exact spot my partner pointed out to Plum. The basement remodel was way over budget. I used up all my savings on it, and I dont have the money to hire someone to fix Plums mistake. I have been begging them for years to come and fix their mistake. The year before last, Day came and put a band-aid on it without fixing the underlying problem, and the basement continues to flood in the rain. Recently, they have stopped responding to me all together. I do not recommend them.
