I brought my comforter in to be cleaned on a Saturday. I was told to pick it up the following Friday. I returned on Friday and received my cleaned comforter. When I unwrapped it, I discovered that the filling was matted, clumped, and shrunken--very different from how it was when I brought it in. The filling was in good shape when I brought it in. I returned to the business later that day to show them the problem and ask them to fix it. They said that they couldn't fix it and they noticed that the filling was being ruined during the cleaning process, but they continued because they were focused on getting it clean. They never contacted me to tell me this. I told them that if they won't fix the problem, can they replace the comforter, or pay for a replacement, because the filling is ruined. They refused because the comforter has no label. They refunded the cleaning fee ($40), but not the cost of the comforter, though it's ruined. Hello,
Regarding the complaint ID ********, I had made a mistake regarding the URL and price of the item that was ruined by Aaron's Dry Cleaning. I was able to go back to the business from which I purchased the comforter and obtain the receipt. The total I paid for the ruined item is $437.97. I have attached the receipt to this email. I would like Aaron's Dry Cleaning to resolve my complaint by refunding me the total amount that I paid for it.
