Firstly, we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused by our refund policy. We aim for clear communication about our terms and conditions to ensure that our customers are well-informed before making a purchase.
As you mentioned, our refund policy specifies a timeframe of 14 days from the date of payment, regardless of the extent of work completed. We have established this policy to uphold fairness and consistency for all our customers.
Although we acknowledge your request for a refund for your situation, we must adhere to our established policy --which is communicated upfront during the purchase process. Your request comes nearly 3 months after the initial purchase, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate refunds beyond the specified timeframe.
We genuinely value your feedback and the opportunity to improve our services. If there are any other ways, we can assist you, please don't hesitate to reach out directly.
